Case Management

Our office works to support and assist students through collaborative outreach of colleagues. Through our work, we will come to better understand campus trends, design support networks, and coordinate resource delivery with the ultimate goal of assisting students in their academic and personal success at Dartmouth.

About our Case Managers

Case Managers have a dual focus while working with students and families:

  • Assist in navigating and communicating with the appropriate campus and community resources, and provide necessary information to facilitate and inform decisions.
  • Maintain open communication and collaboration between campus and community resources to ensure students are receiving support in a timely manner and to gauge their efficacy.
